This is to inform all BUP colleagues about the current situation for the Baltic University Programme (BUP) as an organisation in light of the war in Ukraine. The BUP strongly condemns Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and offers our wholeheartedly support to those colleagues and students most affected by the war. Become a BUP Student Ambassador for the spring 2022

The BUP Coordinating Secretariat calls for students and PhD students at BUP Participating Universities, who are interested in becoming Student Ambassadors during the spring term of 2022. The role of Student Ambassadors is to cooperate with the Participating Universities to serve as a contact person between their home university and its students and the BUP Coordinating Secretariat in Uppsala as well as the National Centra, in Finland at Åbo Akademi University. In 2021 The Baltic University Programme has celebrated 30 years, 1991–2021. Almost all activities during the year have taken place online, but a clear focus has been to pay attention to the history, besides developing new activities. The webinar series “Space Bridge 2.0”, where all the national centers within BUP have hosted one session each throughout the year, is a part of the celebration year.
