Educators, teachers, and researchers in Higher Education, welcome to join the BUP Teachers' course, September 2022–March 2023!
Get tools to better integrate the UN Sustainable Development Goals into teaching, courses and study programmes in higher education. Among other things the course includes two workshops, the first one in October 2022 at Tallinn University, Estonia.
The Teachers' course is free of charge (incl. accommodation and meals) for teachers from the BUP Participating universities.
Welcome to the online course: Introduction to Education for Sustainable Development (5 cr).
Time: 20 September–9 December 2022.
Registration: 8 August–11 September 2022.
The course is for students and educators who want to:
• Understand ESD and how it broadens the holistic and interdisciplinary understanding of sustainability
• Understand how competencies like critical thinking, future scenarios skills and collaborative decision-making are promoted by ESD
• Understand the role of ESD in both formal and informal learning
• Get an insight of the state of ESD at the own university
