Welcome all educators, teachers, and researchers in Higher Education to the BUP Teachers’ Course 2024–2025!

The focus of the course is to improve the implementation of Education for Sustainable Development and Agenda 2030 in the learning methods in Higher Education. The participants will get tools how to integrate the UN Sustainable Development Goals into their own teaching and study programs in a hands-on way.

The emphasis is primarily to strengthen goal #4 – Quality education, but also the other SDG’s can come into question.

Target group & Schedule:

Educators, teachers, and researchers in Higher Education within the Baltic University Programme. The course is free of charge for participants from the BUP Participating universities. Applicants from outside the BUP are also welcome but will pay a fee.

Application deadline: 19.8.2024.

Course duration: September 2024–March 2025.

Program:

Online material, exercises and discussions in groups.

Two workshops:

  • 8–10.10 2024 at Åbo Akademi University, Finland.
  • February/March 2024 (time and place to be decided during the first workshop.

Preparation and presentation of an individual project.
